The frame of the semi-trailer adopts a solid beam structure with straight beams or gooseneck longitudinal beams. The web height varies from 400mm to 550mm, providing the necessary strength and stability. The cross beams are welded by automatic submerged arc welding, which is durable and ensures precise and safe connections. The frame is then shot blasted to improve its wear resistance and extend its service life. To form a solid and reliable structure.

In order to improve the strength and load-bearing capacity of the flatbed trailer, we use Q345 or T700 steel as the frame structure. These materials ensure that the flatbed trailer can withstand heavy loads and demanding conditions. Every trailer is custom designed by our engineers to meet the customer’s specific requirements.
